Description

How does it Work?

The Ghost X works by disabling the accelerator and is controlled from the application downloaded on your phone.

The system works with either an Android or IOS cell phone, With the option of a “APK” file available for download if needed.

The system automatically arms when you are not within range of the vehicle, and it also automatically disarms when you climb into the vehicle if you have your phone with you.

Auto disarm function can be switched off, which is ideal when a vehicle is parked within Bluetooth range.

The system connects with Bluetooth, not cell phone signal (GSM).

It has “service mode”, which allows you to temporarily disarm the system when the vehicle goes in for a service. In service mode you can also select the number of cycles, where after a number of cycles the system will return to normal mode, in case you forget to put the system out of service mode.

In Valet mode the throttle response can be set, this will enable the vehicle to be driven at reduces maximum speed and prevent unauthorized use.

With the proximity lock function, the system will arm when there is a loss in Bluetooth connection.

The connection is secured by a chosen unique pin, and the user cannot change the pin unless they have the old pin.

It also has a secondary fail-safe system if your phone battery dies, which is also linked to the unique pin.

• Undetectable using diagnostics

A thief can use diagnostics to detect circuit cuts on modern vehicles. The Ghost has no cuts so, it cannot be found using these methods.

• Stops key cloning and ECU swapping

​A thief cannot simply add a new key or replace an ECU to bypass the Ghost.

• No radio frequency signals

Thieves cannot use sophisticated RIF scanning, code grabbing technology to detect what security device your vehicle has when it does not transmit any signals like conventional security systems.

At any time you can easily change the PIN code. Only you will know the unique PIN code for your vehicle.
